For Your Own Good: The Realtor Code of Ethics (Version 2024-25)

Description
Awarded "Education Program of the Year," this course meets the National Association of Realtor membership requirement that must be met every three years by NAR members by Dec. 2024. This course also provides four hours of real estate elective credit.

Remember, not all brokers are REALTORS. Only Realtors are required to take this course, but, of course, anyone may take the course....and probably should!

This course has been approved for Realtors obtaining Code of Ethics training at most Realtor Associations in NC. This course will also earn the student 4 hours of elective credit for the NCREC.

I have the documents necessary to receive approval from any other Realtor association outside of NC. Please check with me first if you have concerns about my course qualifying for credit with your association.
